I think most toddlers would agree that anything done in a fort or tent (pick your terminology) is more fun that that same thing done not in the given fort or tent. In a previous post, we at lunch in a tent built under the kitchen table. The kids LOVED it. So tonight when Emmett wanted to sleep in "cave" (which was under my clothes in the closet) I told him I had an even better idea. So I made him a tent over his bed. I think it's a hit!

I would argue that anything done in a fort or tent is still more fun than that same activity done not in said fort or tent.
Either way, I think this is a sign of Emmett's intelligence, just like his uncle.
