Whenever we go to the fair, all I ever do is see the animals and eat Sweet Martha's Cookies while sitting in front of the all you can drink milk booth. Yes, I have had my share of milkshakes, cheese curds, mini donuts, and I don't know what else. But I've never found anything that compares to the classic cookies and milk.
We're going to the fair tomorrow, so today on Facebook I asked for food suggestions. Here were the responses:
Roasted corn
Corn dog - not pronto pup
"Fresh fries" in midway
Fried ravioli from Vescios
Walleye cakes from Giggles
Tator tots from Axels
Cheese curds
Mini donuts
Deep fried pickles
I'll let you know what I eat and what I think is worth getting again. Do you have any suggestions?

Oh what a small world it is. I just stumbled upon your blog, and realized that you're from MN. I was born and raised in MN but now live in Missouri. The funny part is: I just read your fair food list and I am a Vescio...my cousins own Vescio's.
