Prince Emmett and Princess Flora
6.29.09 The kids dressed up as Prince Emmett and Princess Flora. Here are the pictures. Emmett was very particular about which scarves he wanted to wear and where he wanted to wear them. The pretending only lasted about as long as the photo shoot did. I told Emmett to, "look like a prince! Stand like a prince would stand."

I really wish you wouldn't post photos like this on your blog, or at least say that he was forced at gun-point to wear stuff like this. Any way, this is a clear calling to me to make sure to be home more and to do more manly stuff around the house. Tonight Emmett and I are going to be drinking beer, watching sports, playing pokers, smoking cigars, eating steak, and probably killing someone or something with our bare-hands... just so you know.
This is hunting gear! His loin cloth and head band!
...Then at least take his shirt off! Hunters who wear loin clothes and head bands do not wear "Big Blue Whale Watching" t-shirts - plus everyone knows that guys who have there shirts off are manly no matter how many scarves they have wrapped around their bodies. It's a fact.
P.S. Please do not take any pictures of our son wearing nothing but scarves.. I was just joking.
