My mom often reminds me what her mother told her when she was a young mother with young children, "These are these are the best days of your life." Some days I totally agree and some days the thought brings me to tears. Are these the best days of my life? We shall see. Years from now I look forward to going into my blog archives and seeing a glimpse into our life that will seem so foggy (or maybe so clear? I really have no idea). I'm attempting to blog each day with a picture. I became a wife to my hard working and loving husband 8 years ago. I became Mom to 4 kids in less than 5.5 years. We love to build, read, go on field trips, sing, dance, wrestle, play at the park, do crafts and do laundry, to name a few. But most importantly, serve the Lord.

My son, Emmett

My son, Emmett
Emmett is a guitar playing, superhero underwear wearing, independent thinking, chocolate milk drinking, 2 wheel bike riding, puzzle assembling, "wild animal" admiring little rock star. He turned 5 in November. Not a day has gone by that I haven't asked myself, "How did I get so lucky?"

My daughter, Eisley

My daughter, Eisley
This little lady, Eisley, may be small in stature but makes up for it in personality. She keeps me on my toes! She was 3 in November and insists on doing this by herself, gives hugs that melt your heart, presents arguments like she's convincing a jury and studies you like she's got you all figured out. She's an absolute joy.

My son, Ender

My son, Ender
Born September 6th, 2010 this delightlful one year old's joy is contagious. We once described him as mellow but we are now learning that he's got a little spice to him. We can just not get enough of him!

The newest addition to our family, this darling boy arrived February 17th, 2012. When he's not being played with by his siblings he enjoys eating, sleeping and smiling. We're all head over heals in love!
