Eric worked late tonight and it had been a long day. So instead of staying home and watching the clock inch by as I eagerly anticipated bedtime (just being honest) I decided to take the easy route. I mapped out some Christmas light displays near us, put them in their jammies, loaded them in the car, went through the McDonalds drive thru to grab dinner and then drove around and looked at lights. It was so fun. As we sat looking at the last house, Emmett already sound asleep, Eisley said, "All done. Let's go home. Time for bed. Night night!"
